incorrect delivery Dates on Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime Listings
I am having issue with my listings with Seller fulfilled Prime shipping. the delivery dates on listings are showing for next week where it should be for next day. there is prime badge there on the listing but the delivery date is incorrect on it.
Can anyone please help with this .

I am having the same issue my SFP next-day delivery is correct but my standard shipping dates are incorrect showing a one-week delivery date, something is not correct with Amazon, which I am assuming is affecting getting orders.
All settings are correct and haven't changed.

Hi, We have the same issue. We send EVERYTHING Royal Mail next day 24hr tracked. The Prime displays correctly but the non prime items show a 5 -7 day delivery time!
I have contacted Amazon and opened several cases. Dating back to February 7th. Response is 'We are forwarding this to the correct team'. I have tried calling them and have had the phone put down on me 5 times.
Amazon customer services is completely useless. We have lost thousands since February and will continue to until this issue is sorted. If you de-select the A.S.S (Automated shipping service) you loose the Prime badge.
If anyone has any answers we would be really grateful for some help.
