Even though I enter correct weight into Amazon, the UPS label prints with wrong weight
I use seller central buy shipping to print shipping labels.
I am noticing that when I print UPS labels, they print out the wrong weight on top.
(This only happens with UPS, not with Post Office.)
Let's say I enter 9 pounds into seller central, the label itself prints out as 3 pounds.
Has anyone else seen this glitch?
I normally use amazon print connect. I had tried turning it off and having the labels print on chrome but it still does the same thing.
I've asked Amazon Seller Support and they're currently looking into it. They're taking over a day. It's way too long, and orders are piling up.

This is happening on my company account as well, it shows that I have a weight of 10 pounds but the label when it prints says 2. I am assuming that when a label is scanned it will show the actual weight and no one will look at the printed weight and have an issue. I wonder why more aren't commenting about this?

We are also experiencing this. Hoping for a resolution. For now, I have double checked that the weight is accurate when I purchase shipping and then and altering the label (with a sharpie).

Yes we are having the same issue too. I did not want to even try and ask "Help" to look into it so we are just buying labels from PirateShip.
I was afraid if we use them they will give us the overcharged adjustment in a month or two.

Hello @Seller_0zrVOIcij9zM3, @Seller_BnVVYb6FZYIJzand the other sellers in this thread. Thank you for sharing that label issue with us.
Has anybody filed a support ticket that contains order numbers we can review? Is this happening with all of your orders, or just for certain ASINs?
Thank you,

So I went ahead and opened a case on this showing them several labels that this has done it on and after going back and forth a few times, like I figured they blamed UPS and said to contact them.

This is still happening to me. Why is it taking so long for Amazon to fix this
