Our Brand was removed from the Brand Registry without explanation
Topic title: At the beginning of August, we registered our first brand on Amazon using IP ACcelerator with Amazon approved company.
We didn’t even have time to create the product in our inventory when we received an email with the following content:
We are writing to inform you of your account removal from Brand Registry due to actions that you have taken in direct violation of Amazon Brand Registry policies.
All access to Brand Registry is now revoked. Due to this action, you will be unable to reapply or regain access by any other means.
When trying to get any clarification from Brand Support, they keep repeating the same thing, as in this email.
But how could we violate anything if we didn’t sell anything and didn’t even have time to create a product in our inventory? Perhaps this is some kind of technical error?
And my account health is good and in seller support they don't see any mark about any problem with our account.
Please can someone help us with this?

I cannot give you a direct answer to your question, but they seem to have some big technical issues. Everytime I open a case I get some standardised answer like "Your brand registry account isn't connected to any seller central account." or "Your banking information on your seller account is invalid, therefore your account is inactive" which ofc are nonsense.
It would be nice if someone could provide a more lucrative way of contacting them..

I hope Amazon is looking for this. At amazon accelerate they promised to resolve any issue if it comes to their notice.

Same problem, no correct answer from Amazon brand registry!
Amazon, it is up to you to inform your seller customer! Please solve this problem in the next days. It is a high priority problem for all seller!!
