I've seen this. Check your competitors, they must be doing this to break your sales.
This is a new trend on Amazon. I don't know what Amazon is doing about it, but it is increasing daily.

first thing first...how can a buyer review and product without order, or ordered but not delivered or cancelled in transit? Report these reviews with the the things mentioned,your reviews will be removed immediately.

If you suspect that buyer is actually a seller abusing the system, it would be wonderful if we can know what is their store name. If you get it, share it here. Let's teach the seller a lesson. He too can be recipient of the same system. I am sure hundreds of sellers here will be willing to help.

Just check what biased reviews are like. The following buyer has made only a 1-star
or 5-star reviews.
If they don't like online products, why bother buying again;)
