i got an email from my fiancee amazon canada account. It says selling privileges has been removed. For security reasons, the account appears to be temporarily locked and we can no longer log in to any marketplace, not just Canada. It wants some documents in the mail from Canada, such as an invoice or a sales authorization document. We sent these documents to selling-partner-action-review @amazon.ca 4-5 times but didn't get any reply. we are a seller doing fba in usa and canada and have money left in her amazon account and products are in amazon warehouse. This issue is very urgent for us.

I haven't been dropshipping on Amazon Canada or other countries for more than three months.
I know that Amazon attaches great importance to the fact that when we want to do a stocked trade or proceed with methods such as online arbitrage, by working with the intermediate warehouse, the products should be checked before they reach the buyer. For this reason, I have ABSOLUTELY stopped using the dropshipping business model.
When you check my stores, you will see that all products are sent as FBA.
I've been listing my products as FBA for three months and I've been selling them from Amazon warehouses.
I was only progressing as FBA in Amazon America and Canada and I will proceed in this way after my account is opened. That's why I took the distributorship of some brands and became their authorized dealers.
In Amazon America and Canada, if you examine the account health section, it was Canada 204, America 208. I had 5 star reviews on both accounts.
As a seller, my customers' satisfaction and Amazon policies are really important to me, and I have always tried to be a suitable seller. I received training on this and I also benefited from Amazon seller university when necessary.
