Two Shipments Stuck in "In-Transit" Status from AWD to FBA
I’m reaching out to the community and Amazon support about an ongoing issue with two of my shipments:
Shipment ID: FBA18LR3Q3BR
Shipment ID: FBA18LR4ZTRY
Both shipments were sent on November 25, 2024, but they’re still showing as "In-Transit" even after over a month. This delay is creating significant challenges for my inventory transfer to FBA and is affecting my ability to fulfill customer orders.
I’ve tried reaching out for assistance, but the situation hasn’t been resolved yet. I’m hoping someone here can advise on how to get these shipments prioritized or if Amazon support could investigate and expedite their receiving.

Shipment Transfer Delay from AWD to Amazon Fulfillment Centers
I included these two shipments with my questions to our AWD partner team and asked them to review the shipment statuses to determine if there are any steps available to expedite the transfers, or if this is also the result of peak-period volume.
