Products from Alibaba. ( I need help on this please)

1. I recently created a new Amazon seller account. My intention was to source beauty products from Alibaba, where I found numerous items with identical branding such as packaging and labels. Additionally, these products allowed for private labeling, meaning I could add my own logo to them. For instance, if you take a look at the Hero Mighty patch product, it is essentially the same as the Hero brand, except it lacks the "H" letter on the top of the package. This pattern can be observed with other branded products as well. I'm wondering if Amazon permits the sale of these types of products with my own logo, considering the only difference is the branding while the actual product remains identical to the branded ones.
2. do I need to get FDA approval to sell Alibaba beauty products in USA?
3. what are the required documents to sell beauty products from Alibaba?

You need to put EVERYTHING in vacation mode and spend the next two months studying Seller U.

It is notorious for IP and TM violations.
Find a better business model or plan on a short future on Amazon as soon as one complaint takes place.

Besides of all technical Amazon related questions: do you really think that you find American or European women who would buy a cheap beauty product "made in China"? Sorry, there are certainly high quality beauty manufacturers in China but first they won't sell on Alibaba and second they sell under their brand. Save your money and look for something else. You have to sell a product you understand something about with less competition than in beauty or supplements or phone cases.

It should also be noted that depending on the product, the Beauty category has many restrictions and compliance requirements. An example of such restrictions can be found in the Cosmetics and Skin and hair care. In addition, I encourage you to review the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulated products help page since the Beauty category falls into the consumable vertical.
