Hi,
I want to add my deposit method for newly formed Marketplace but when i want to add my existing Wise account it shows an error.
“Your bank account issued by a Payment Service Provider whic is not part of Amazon PSP programme”
Is this new? Because i am using it for more than 2 year.
Thank you.

Wise is not a bank, they offer money transfers like Western Union or others.
You need a real bank account.

I use Wise without problems for US, UK, CA and TR. Which marketplace did you try to use it for?

Right now i can use it for existing marketplace but i can’t add new one. You can check it too. It has exclamation mark on it and says this account is using PSP that is not part of psp. I got information from Wise and they said
Thanks for contacting us.
As Wise, he worked closely with Amazon to get involved in the Amazon PSP (Payment service provider) program.
There were several open points that we aimed to resolve.
Therefore, we were temporarily unable to participate in the PSP program.
This means:
For a short time, customers would not be able to add new Wise Account Information to their Amazon Seller Portal.
Customers who have previously added Wise account information to Amazon seller portals will continue to receive service from Amazon.
However, you may see a warning that Wise is not an approved PSP partner.
I would like to state that we have succeeded in resolving the gaps between us and Amazon and we will fully participate in the PSP program.
According to the latest updates, on January 27, 2023, Amazon has been set as the start date for new customer acquisition.

Hallo, ich habe Wise bezűglich gleiche Frage kontaktiert und die Anrwort ist unten:
Hi Māris,
Thanks for getting in touch with us again.
We’re happy to help clarify what’s new with Wise and Amazon PSPP.
First, the good news: Wise is enrolling in Amazon’s Payment Service Provider Program! You can see the full list of participants here. We don’t have a final date for enrollment yet, but for now, here’s what this means for you:
- You can keep using Wise to receive from Amazon without any delays to your payments.
- You’ll continue to be able to add or change your Wise account details in your Amazon Seller Central account.
Amazon sets certain requirements for all partners enrolling into the program — and that includes Wise. Once we’re enrolled, that means:
- We’ll start sharing some of your Wise account information with Amazon — like your name, and a limited view of your transaction history. We’ll notify you before this happens. Amazon’s help page has more information about data sharing, we can’t comment on specifics yet.
- In the coming weeks, we’ll ask you to add another bank account, that isn’t Wise, to your recipient list. If you already have one saved, you don’t need to take further action.

We know that this has been a long process, and we appreciate your patience throughout all of this. Keep an eye out for more updates in the next couple of weeks.
