Hello everyone
i am trying to start advertising on my seller central account but when i go to advertising then campaign manager i get this error "Sorry, you aren’t eligible to advertise at this time" i am trying to create campaign in USA to start advertising but i keep getting this error i have tried everything but no luck, contacted amazon support but no fix at all , any help please? thank you

Do you have the BuyBox for the items you are trying to promote?
To be eligible, you must be a seller or vendor with an established Amazon selling relationship. If you’re new to selling on Amazon, please use resources available within Seller or Vendor to get your business off the ground before advertising
