I have a payment problem
Dear Amazon Team,
I have been selling on Amazon from Turkey for a few months now. I was using Payoneer as my payment system; however, my account was blocked due to a document submission error. As an individual seller, I have no alternative but to switch to another payment method because alternative payment systems like Payoneer are not available in our country.
There is a certain amount of money left in my Amazon account that I need to withdraw. Could you make a payment if I send you the IBAN details of my banks in Turkey? I kindly request to be informed about this matter.

You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum. You CAN use Payoneer in Turkey.
