Shipment delivered but no check in for 10 days!
Hello, my FBA shipment is delivered 10 days ago, but for now it don't check in!
However, I inqury my friends and they said that their shipment was delivered with mine, but their shipment is receiving on Dec 12, and we are both in the SAME WAREHOUSE!!!
I don't know what happened! Whi is my shipment still don't receive even not check in???

I understand that waiting is frustrating, but it is not unusual to see it take days or weeks for shipments to be checked in and items received and ultimately made available for sale. This is especially true during peak periods.
I am not able to tell you why one shipment may be received before another shipment.
Please let us know if you have updates or if there is an excessively long wait for this shipment.
