Thank you for reaching out. I wanted to follow up and see if still require attention to this matter? have you received any other correspondence around your account health? Also, your address on your invoices should match the address on your account, not the prep center for your account. This will ensure that the billing address on your invoices matches your account and will help get your listings approved. They could also be a potential issue.
