Amazon bot screwed my listing up - Seller support cannot help?
Hi everyone,
I am looking for some advise on how to proceed with seller support if anyone is able to help?
An amazon bot has removed my almond oil moisturiser product from its existing parent ASIN and created its own parent ASIN in the “MILK_SUBSTITUTE” category.
I want to correct this and return the product to its original parent ASIN. In order to do this i need to decouple it from the parent ASIN the amazon bot has created.
I cannot delete this parent ASIN because it does not appear in my inventory, seller support are unable to delete the parent ASIN and they have just told me in their last response they are unable to remove the child ASIN from the parent.
What on earth am I meant to do? A bot has screwed my product over and now seller support are saying they are unable to correct the mistake!
Is there a way to escalate the case or can anyone give any advice on what to do in this situation?
Regards,
Thomas

I can’t help, I’m afraid, but there have been several posts lately where it seems that bots are changing things incorrectly - like yours, they have obviously picked up the word ‘almond’ and think it means milk. Others have had their categories changed to totally incorrect ones for their items.
I really cannot see how or why they can do this.
