Seller support only gives assurance but no resolution.

I have pending cases including missing prime badge from listing. Every thing is fine with my account and from last 15 days i am getting assurance through call and mails that prime badge will be shown on my listing after 24 hours. But nothing happened. I have been waiting from so long. It is in disabled mode from amazon. I don't what is taking so much time to make it enable.

2. There is data miss match in easy ship late delivery report. I created a case after investigating the case seller support respond as if i have some different issue, i have to clarify again that no this is not the issue, they again ask for screenshot or proofs. Every time a new person respond to the case and have been asking screenshots from last 10 days. I am tired of providing screenshot but they are not seeing that, instead every day a new person ask it again.

I don't know what is the issue with amazon seller support. They are literally making me feel tired by asking me write again and again the same thing but not able to either understand my query or not able to resolve it.

Below screenshot simply showing that the Prime badge is disabled by amazon.

I received mail 2 months ago that it will get activated automatically when i ship all my pending orders on time. My prime eligibility is ok. I have called seller support several time and every time they assure me that they have forwarded the request and it will get enabled soon. But how soon ?
