Carrier central booking form is in German ????
So I am struggling badly here and some help would be great, I have tried to have this conversation with support 3 times and each time they tell me there is a technical issue and we need to close the chat (I don't think they want to help me )
1. I am trying to send a parcel to a fulfillment centre, I have done this numerous times via royal mail special delivery and no issues, UPS partnered isn't available in my location so I am unable to do this. I sent the parcel as usual but it was rejected and sent back annoying as it wasn't cheap to post.
They are telling me it is because I didn't book an appointment for delivery ??? I knew nothing about this and it was a thing, the only reason I started sending it to FBA was that an associate partner manager from Amazon emailed and proposed I go to FBA, she even sent the guides and videos about setting it up and posting.
I am now told I need to download the booking form and arrange that but when I download it it is in German !!!!
Does anyone have any advice on how I get the courier to arrange a delivery time (Royal mail were not helpful) or how I can download a booking form in English

Dont understand why UPS is not available to you,why?
Royal Mail are not an approved carrier for FBA shipments,very surprised no other shipments have been rejected.You need to find an alternative courier that is on the approved list.. Forget what support have told you they are clueless.

All parcels that are delivered to FBA have to arrive in a pre-booked slot. A courier cannot just 'turn up', they simply have too much incoming/outgoing to work on that basis.
UPS are preffered as I believe they have preset times to deliver to the fulfillment centre. I am not sure how Special Delivery arrived as deliveries not pre-booked are normally refused. I think you may have been very lucky.
I have always used UPS without issue, but if not available you will need to find another who is. I think DPD do, but I have never used them so cannot advise I am afraid.
