Based on the email content I received as attached image below. If anyone has ever encountered a situation like mine, please give me advice.
I have understood that Since I'm outside the UK/EU, I can only choose a business type ''Privately-owned business''- (Privately-owned (such as Limited, Partnership, …..): A business controlled and operated by private individuals. Could you please help with two questions as follows:
Question 1:
My current problem is that I made a mistake when choosing an individual legal entity (This mistake was because I thought I could register an individual legal entity similar to the North American market). Currently, I do not have documents for business type ''Privately-owned business'' because I have not established a legal entity ''Privately-owned business'' in Vietnam. So I can’t switch to the correct business type yet. Will this affect my ability to sell on the Amazon North American stores (USA, Canada, Mexico)? As far as I know, deactivation of any store would lead to the deactivation of all remaining stores on Amazon.
I don't want to do business on Amazon UK anymore. But I want to do business on Amazon North America (USA, Canada)
Question 2:
I would like to ask what is the specific status of my seller account on the Amazon UK stores if failure to update the requested information after 60 days from the date first reached out may impact my ability to sell on Amazon UK stores? (such as: Invalid account, Restricted account, Deactivated account).
