I contacted the US team at disbursement-appeals@amazon.com to appeal the account balance but have not received a reply yet.

Hi!

My US Amazon Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. I contacted the US team at disbursement-appeals@amazon.com to appeal the account balance but have not received a reply yet.

A few days after I sent the appeal email, I received an email from the Italian Seller Performance Team(disbursement-appeals@amazon.it). Saying they have charged up to a maximum of €3,400 to recover damages as a result of our policy violation in accordance with sections 6 and 7 of "Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement" and section 9 of the "Amazon Payments Europe User Agreement". And I can appeal the charge by signing up for an identity verification video interview.

The problem is that my Italian Amazon account has been inactive for a long time and has no balance. What I want to get back is the balance of my American account. I don’t know if this email is related to my appeal for the balance of my US account. If I participate in this video verification will I get funds from my US account?

What do I do?
