Filed Patent Infringement. Despite Selecting A Specific Seller Offer We Also Received The IP Violation.
We are the patent and trademark holder for our brand and all products listed. We filed a patent infringement case (15118306691) in Brand Registry and utilized the options available to select the specific offer and seller. Despite this, the entire ASIN was removed, the submission history reflects "Complete ASIN (all offers)" and our account received a patent infringement violation. This is the second occurrence of this issue.
Brand Registry refuses to acknowledge the issue and directs us to Account Health.
Per Account Health's instructions, we have repeatedly appealed and provided a Letter of Non-infringement from our IP legal counsel which details the clear inability to violate our own currently held (non-licensed) patent. Account Health's response is:
"We reviewed your appeal and determined that you have not submitted the required documents or the documents submitted are invalid."
The issues with Account Health notwithstanding, why are we trapped in a process that shouldn't even exist to begin with? When we follow the process laid out by Brand Registry, why are our products also included? Is there another method of recourse we're unaware of? Any assistance and/or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @Seller_nGUXOxeeoAmdn!
I just took a look into your Brand Registry account and can see that for the case ID you mentioned, you did in fact select to report the complete ASIN.
This should be a relatively simple fix though! If you click on the case ID within the submission dashboard, on the top right there is a "Retract a complaint" action that you can take. I suggest doing that and then you can resubmit selecting just the offers.
