Not receiving OTP by text
Hi, I’ve always received OTP by receiving a call but two weeks ago it defaulted to text. When I select to receive a call, I receive an error. I have submitted my ID to account recovery twice, but have heard nothing by email. Anyone have this issue and were able to resolve it? I’ve submitted multiple cases but it hasn’t been resolved. It makes it hard to do anything without being able to access from a desktop.
