When my wife tries to login on her seller Account, she is getting this error message: "Help us protect your account We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance."
It happened after we try to purchase an item in Amazon with the same email of seller account. It is a business customer account.
We tried to open cases, but can`t even login to ask for help.
In the public area, we opened cases 13882350351 and 13867669681.
Both of them replied with the instruction to "contact Customer Service to resolve the issue and regain access to your Seller Central account."
When we contacted Customer Service, the say that filled a form and we have to wait for a reply in the e-mail and they can`t help us with the seller account.
We don`t care about the customer account, but we are unable to access our seller account for almost two days.
Anyone from Amazon here could help us? Any phone number where we could call? We can`t even request a case from our seller account because we can`t login on it.
We would appreciate any help.

Typically, in these type cases you need "Customer (Buyer) Support" and not "Seller Support." They do have a phone number to call - 888.280.4331 or 888.282.2406
Seems you have done that though and have some Case Id's. Maybe a mod can help.
