No FBA Reimbursement after Re-measurement
A re-measurement was successfully done after months of being charged the wrong FBA Fee. Case ID: 17716739801.
New FBA Fees after dimensions were corrected: $5.87
Old FBA Fees when the dimensions were incorrect: $7.48
The team should have been able to automatically process a $1.61 reimbursement for every unit sold of this FNSKU in the past 90 days (a total of 210 units) per Amazon FBA reimbursement policy.
However, I was told in the initial re-measurement request correspondence that the new dimensions are XYZ and NO REIMBURSEMENT WAS PROCESSED. I reached back out to Amazon seller support, and they copy and paste the same email stating:
"We've completed our investigation and have the following findings: We are unable to process additional re-measurements for FNSKU X0038L0MQB at this time, as we have already completed two re-measurements within the last 60 days. If necessary, you can re-submit this request later."
Can any moderators help escalate this case and issue a reimbursement without re-measurement?

Not to mention, any attempts at reaching out to Seller Support leaves me with a canned response that states:
"Our internal team has reviewed your reimbursement request for FNSKU ****** and denied for it because re-measurement was already completed."
I don't recall asking for a re-measurement. In fact I explicitly stated reimbursement WITHOUT re-measurement because the re-measurement was ALREADY DONE.
After months of waiting to get a re-measurement for this FNSKU, I am now hit with a $0 reimbursement because Amazon simply deemed it so. For context, the FBA fees have dropped by about $2 per unit sold and this item is selling for $20.

@Seller_8kJC4O1xpsrIC I'd be happy to jump in here and assist! After reviewing your case details, it appears you updated packaging for the FNSKU in question which triggered the initial re-measurement request. Do you happen to know when the packaging changes occurred? I can confirm that the new dimensions and FBA fees look to be getting accounted for, which is great to see!
Please note that we use the storage utilization ratio from the last day of the month to determine the surcharge for the inventory stored during that month. For example, to determine the surcharge for May 2025, we will use the storage utilization ratio from May 31, 2025. If the surcharge is applicable to a seller, we will apply to surcharge to all inventory aged above 30 days stored in fulfillment centers during that month. We will then add the surcharge to base monthly storage fee.
