I am trying to send all documents of my new legal entity to the verification team but they keep replying back that my account will remain deactivated.....Its not suspended at all.

Which is why I think the verification team is trying to tell me something but they only have that suspension template to play around with for communication. Can a moderator help me clarify what they need by reading the annotations to their case?
