No prior contact A-Z's

Hi - I've had 2 A-Z's being granted without any contact from the buyer (I usually help the buyer straight away but I am given no chance). I send via Royal Mail BPL and send large letters, with Amazon's Shipping Setting Automation which should protect me from delays or loss. My mail is not always scanned when it is delivered (although I have started to mark every package now with a message asking the postie to scan on delivery). Is there anyone higher up in Amazon I can contact as this is definitely going against their A-Z policy. My account health percentage is above 1% now and this is a terrifying thought. Thank you for any help!

As you used Buy Shipping, then A-Z are not supposed to count against you, but I've read they still do unless you get resolved which is hard to do.

Buyers are supposed to at least message once, and wait 2 days, but if no tracking as being delivered, that can be ignored. As you say the issue is Postie's do not scan letters and Amazon then email the Buyer to say to ask for a refund (even if really it had been delivered).

You can raise a case and appeal the A-Z Claim,
