Can someone tell me the specific steps I need to take under brand registry to remove a chinese hijacker form our listing? It is an asin that is due to be promoted for prime day :(

Use this route ➛ Report a Violation - Brand Registry

Include the following info: 🡣

  1. The store or business name of the seller you are reporting
  2. The ASIN or ISBN of the item’s detail page and the Product Title
  3. The Order # (found under 'Your Orders' Amazon.com)
  4. The marketplaces for which the violation has occurred
  5. A concise explanation of the violation based on the policy* along with a brief description of what's wrong with the item/ how it differs from the listing description. Use the term "not as described"
  6. Supporting documentation (for example, order IDs, packing slip, images)

*Policy violations are the result of a seller violating the activities listed under the Product detail page rules, Condition guidelines, and Prohibited seller activities and actions. Use these as a guideline and correct wording for (Step 5).

After you receive the order, take clear photos of the item you received (Amazon will compare them against the listing) and a photo of the shipping label attached to the package and submit them with your case.

. 7. Open a return; select the reason "wrong item sent;" do not leave feedback for the seller
