Prep category when creating shipment not giving me all the options or letting me reset what do i do???
Hey everyone, I have been having issues when initially creating a shipment all of the categories for prep not showing up.. liquids, apparel etc. also, it is not allowing me to reset the category if i accidentally chose the wrong category. Does the category matter for the type of fees etc? I was hoping that someone could help me figure out how to reset the category and get all of the categories to show up when I am prepping my shipments. If anyone could help me with this that would be great

Do you have a screenshot for a specific ASIN where you're seeing this? You can also try to use this self-service tool to change a product's category.
Fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including category as you mentioned), this help page in Seller Central is a good landing page to begin exploring.
