Access to amazon.com account used for amazon associates locked with no way to un-lock.
I realize this is not seller related, but I am running out of options.
One of my amazon.com accounts has been locked due to "unusual activity". This account is the main account on my amazon associates account.
Amazon associates tells me they are unable to do anything with accounts, that I need to contact the amazon.com accounts department. The accounts department tells me they cannot unlock the account, because there is no activity on it within the last year. Even though I used it to login to associates within the past month. Transferring to a "supervisor", I am told they can do nothing but take feedback, that if the accounts department cannot unlock the account, it cannot be unlocked.
Is there someone internal this issue can be passed to, who can unlock my account, which will then again give me owner access to amazon associates, including the federal tax information that the main account can access?
TIA
