Amazon's Server Error! INFORM Act verification
I would like to seek for everyone help on error message during the INFORM Act verification. Not to mention, Amazon got all my information already, I was requested to conduct the verification process. I totally respect and understand that. However, when I went through the process and clicked the Submit for Verification, it returned me a red colored banner with error message: Something went wrong, please try again later.
After couple times of double checking the information and documents I uploaded, i can't find any missing fields. I tried many times and still returned me the same error message.
I opened a case from Seller Central and the support told me to clean up the cache and cookies. I followed their instructions. Same error message. I picked a brand new installed OS with brand new installed Chrome to perform that. Same error message. That obviously not related to the browser. The support then provided me a email to escalate (inform-escalations@amazon.com). I spent half a hour to repeat all the words to describe my difficulties in the email and 24 hours passed, no one open my email.
I am so frustrated since I got all the information and documents required and the only hurdle now is Amazon's system bug? The reason I sure that it is Amazon's server error is because of the fact that I turned on the chrome console, whenever I clicked the submit for verification, it would return: 500 (Internal Server Error). See the attached screenshot. I raised another support case today (Case ID: 14484925901), hope the support can take a serious look on that instead of redirecting me to a black hole email address.
It's 2 out of 10 days now. I am very worried that the disbursements would be on hold and I can't pay my suppliers on time. That would be a nightmare! Does anyone experienced this before? if so, how you guys resolve that? Your sharing is highly appreciated.

Thank you for utilizing the Seller Forums and providing this insight into your issue.
I understand you are having issues with re-verifying your information due to an error on the required page.
First I must ask, are you attempting to access the verification page as the primary user or a secondary user? The verification does need to be completed via the primary user.
If that does not work, as there is one known error for this process, please proceed to click back four pages and see if this brings up an agreement page.
If neither of these work, please continue to post here so we can further investigate the issue.

Small update: I tried to call Amazon local support and I was told that the INFORM Act team is a seperated team and the normal seller account team can do nothing, instead just help me to record my urgency.
6/10 days without any resolution.

Just tried copule times and the page still doesn't work, as usual. Keep on returning me the same error message.
While, no updates from the support.
As of this moment, my seller account is still active.

It's 1st of Jan 2024 now and still, no further updates and no resolution.
Good thing is: my account is still active, while the "yellow box" still be there in account health.

Hi everyone, wish you all good selling. I just wanna give a quick update - no update :p
The suppot did send me message periodically for every few days to thanks for my patient and asks me to wait.
As of this momemt, my account is still perfect except the fact the the yellow alert box keep alerting me
