Cainaio Not Confirming on Amazon Seller as Delivered. I have used the suggested tracking (Canada Post & Cainaio) Both are not confirming Delivere

Hello Selling Forum,

I work very hard to provide sercive to Amazon Standard and go above and beyond to treat my customers well. My VTR is at below 2% on 605 orders, I used recognized shippers like Cainaio and Canada Post. Even though the tracking is stating delivered, Amazon is telling my my tracking numbers are not valid. I have triple checked and am in need of suggestions and help as refunds are going out for delivered packages. It is affecting my ODR and greating a great amount of stress.

What do I do?

All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to this madness. The only thing you can do is just HOPE that buyers would not use this loophole.

I have been trying to solve this issue with Seller Support for almost a year now. And for the last half a year I have been in constant talk with some "more thorough" representative who seems to be truly getting messages to the relevant team and back. Even though I got much more info about why Cainiao is causing troubles, it looks like they can not solve it after all.

And worst of all is that Amazon bot, who is not being able to recognize INTEGRATED CARRIER trackings as valid (Cainiao), sends automated emails to buyers that their packages are lost and directly encourages buyer to open claims for us. So this is how buyers gets their items for absolutely free.

For some sellers, Amazon turned off Canada Post as recognized during the postal strike. Even for packages shipped before the strike, and not affected by it, thus bringing the VTR down. Both Cainaio and Uniuni are in the drop down of acceptable shippers, but are not integrated. They really need to get this figured out. It is very misleading to sellers who are trying to do their best. And harmful to the account. Good luck to us all.
