About Tax Id verification

@Cooper_Amazon case ID: 13470953131 There is an error in the tax id validation and my account has been disabled because of this error. When I click for Tax ID verification, USA does not appear among the countries. I opened a case to Amazon and said this error, the response I received from Amazon was as follows; wait, you don't need to do anything, we will verify it automatically. I waited and my account was disabled. My account has been verified in the Legal Entity section, but my account is still disabled. I clicked on the warning on the screen, entered the verification section, all my information was filled automatically, I just had to choose a country, but although my company is based in the USA, there is no USA among the countries. Please help urgently in this matter. I am attaching photos.
