Name of Insurer" you provided in Seller Central where do i fine this

Trying to get Amz to accept my insurance. they say The insurer name mentioned on your insurance policy does not match the "Name of Insurer" you provided in Seller Central

where would i go to locate "name of insurer " i gave to amazon

OK so after 30+ emails to seller central help, I finally got an answer that addressed the actual question. Even though 2022 (accepted as proof with first submission) and 2023 policies are EXACTLY the same, i have Simply business as the provider and amd Spinnaker is the INSURER. Could this not have been answered in the first help request I made?
