account seller reserve - no payments at all

Hi, @Roberto_Amazon@CR_Amazon@Quincy_Amazon

All of my funds are in account level reserve and there has been no email or response on why this is happening. I have called multiple times and no one has an answer. Every time I call they say my account is in good standing and I should be getting paid

All my orders have been delivered for over a month and I have not received a single payment for any order since I have opened my Amazon account. This is causing my business to shut down because all of my funds are stuck in reserve and I need to get the money back.

Please help me

This leads me to think you may be a newer seller. There could be many reasons this is happening. When reaching out to the Forums, if you provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification, we are better able to assist you. With help from an internal team we could review your specific account issues.

Some things to keep in mind: Add, update, view, and verify your bank account information, initiates a temporary hold on funds. This is a security measure.

Please take advantage of Seller University and be aware of the Account Health Page as this is where you will be notified of any issues you need to resolve.
