How do we access the UPS shipment sent thru Amazon?

Shipment ID: FBA17Q2PZ33D (2 Envio FBA STA (02/05/2024 23:56)-GYR2 was sent to Amazon since February 5th and there's no way to submit a claim to UPS because all we get from the tracking number (1ZR844X40376496990) is that the label was created. We have a drop off Package Receipt as proof. We would really appreciate all the advice and/or help on how to go about recovering our lost merchandise.

If you still need assistance with this, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your shipment. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed!
