How to contact account health support?
I currently have 4 ASINs that have been suspended due to a trademark infringement complaint about using a brand name in the titles of all 4 ASINs. Did not realize it was a trademarked term, but that's beside the point.
I can't get the titles to change. I can't get the catalog team to change them. Deleting them and using the listing upload feed does not change them.
The only option to communicate with account health support is to have them "call me now" which I have done dozens of times over the past few weeks.
It's just a recording saying that this support option is no longer available.
What on earth am I supposed to do?

If you are experiencing issues with updating a listing, I do have to suggest you contact Selling Partner Support, as they have the ability to edit listings. Account Health Support does not have such an ability.
You will want to navigate to the Help menu in the upper top right-hand corner of Seller Central and create a new case. Please provide the ASINs you need updated as well as what needs to be added or removed from those listings. You can see more information here.
