Frustration with Review Removals - Seeking Community Insights

I hope this message finds you all well. I'm reaching out today to share my frustration and seek insights from the experienced community members here.
Recently, our brand noticed the removal of a substantial number of reviews (64 reviews one shot!) from our product listings. These reviews were primarily 5-star ratings, and as a responsible brand owner, we have always adhered to Amazon's review policies, never engaging in any form of review solicitation or incentivization.
We followed the recommended protocol and reached out to Amazon Seller Support. However, despite our best efforts, we were unable to receive a satisfactory resolution to the issue. We were even directed to contact "community-help@amazon.com," which we did, but unfortunately, we have not received any feedback or clarification on why these reviews were removed.
This situation has left us deeply frustrated and concerned about the impact on our product listings' credibility and sales performance. We firmly believe in maintaining the integrity of the Amazon platform and providing top-notch products and service to our customers.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with review removals, or does anyone have insights on how to address this challenge effectively within the Amazon ecosystem? Your shared experiences and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Any hope to get any reply from any Amazon moderator? Is loosing 64 5-star reviews on one night should be accepted without any clear communication from Amazon?!

The only reasons why a product review would be removed are included in this help page, and copied here:
"Why do some reviews disappear?
Reviews are removed from the Amazon website for these reasons only:
The review conflicted with our Community Guidelines.
The review was removed by the reviewer.
We discovered that multiple products were incorrectly listed as the same product. Reviews that were posted for those products are separated when the products are separated.
We detected unusual review behavior and are not accepting or displaying reviews for this item at this time, or we are only accepting or displaying Amazon Verified Purchase reviews."
I'll also link to Amazon's Customer product reviews policies which includes a variety of violations that may result in a review being removed. This includes, but is not limited to, the insertion of a physical message in packages that requests a positive review or an incentive in exchange for a review. Further, the team that manages the community-help@ alias won't always respond to communications due to privacy reasons, but please know that submissions are reviewed for any appropriate action.
