Hi all, We are looking to change from a sole trader to a LTD. I have spoke to seller support and they say the legal entity transfer once approved allows you to change business information: bank account, email etc. How long does this take does anyone have any experience? They said it takes 15days though looking through forum messages I have seen up to 12months.

Additionally they said that changing VAT and email is a separate process which we will need to do to separate the businesses. Has anyone had any experience with this?
