The identity verification review has been delayed with no response, and I've been waiting for a long time.

My store completed identity verification on October 16, and on October 18 (Friday), I received the following reply:

"We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration, and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."

It has now been far longer than the agreed two-day timeframe! In the meantime, I contacted the customer service team by phone, but the only response I received was to keep waiting.

This is my first Amazon store. I got suspended right after my registration was approved, and since then, I’ve been continuously uploading documents and waiting for reviews—an endless wait! I started this with full confidence and courage, only to be left hanging without any reply, which has been incredibly frustrating. I understand that the review process requires time, but for a simple identity check, this wait feels excessively long!

Could it be that my review was overlooked? I can’t think of any other reason. Please help me follow up and make contact again; I truly need this store!

Do not keep delaying this; I can't handle such a huge disappointment!! This should not be the way Amazon handles things!
