Appeal seller review denied, review is clearly a product review
hi all, do you also have problems that amazon does not want to remove seller reviews, we are clearly product reviews ?
in a feedback I have received as seller it says:”the item says cream oil on the bottle itself it’s not the same as advertised on Amazon saying intense lotion”
In my understanding this seller review is entirely a product review and I asked for removal but support refused to remove it, closes the ticket, if I open a new ticket they pointe back to the feedback removal process which I can’t use anymore since they closed the ticket already.
How do I get the feedback removed ? And am I right that I can get this feedback removed ?
Why is Amazon on this power trip, it’s not the first time they refuse to remove seller feedback which is actually product feedback. Thank you for your input.

I had the same issue. A customer left a 1 star review and explained about products we don't even sell. They were clearly confusing their purchases and left the review on the wrong item. Amz still won't take it down.

Same problem happened, and when we opened the case, we always get a Robot automatic response...
Very frustrated..
