Changing email address for seller acount

hi I have used the same email account address since 2006 but want to change to a different address

I tried earlier but it is saying not recognised address for email

Any help will be appreciated thanks

did you try to use a different browser when updating your email address?

If you did and you still face an error, I suggest to reach out to the Seller Support using the KYC General Questions option.
