Problem with Sign-in because I Lost my Linked phone number for otp

I have access to the Child account of my Amazon Seller Central Account But I am not able to login my Main account because I lost access to the Phone number that I linked long ago for two step verification of my Amazon Main Seller Central Account.

I used amazon second step recovery option by uploading my passport on April 20, 2024. its being more than 15 days but I din't get any resolution from Amazon.

All i get is an automation message:

" Hello,

Thank you for your response. Your account is currently under review by the department in charge. We will be reaching out to you via email in the next 24 to 48 business hours.

We ask you not to open new accounts because any new orders that you place may be canceled.

Sincerely,

Account Specialist

Have you had a chance to review the help page Use an authenticator app for Two-Step Verification ?

Instead of receiving a code via text or voice call, you can utilize an authenticator app to generate your authentication code.

These apps function without relying on phone service or an Internet connection, but you'll need to download them onto your preferred device or PC.
