I have been trying to resolve this violation for months now, but no success of reinstatement. Is there someone that was listing removed same as my situation? How did you able to resolve it?

Typically with these types of situations we will ask that you provide clear and legible images from all six sides of your product including the ingredients list. This will need to be uploaded to your ASIN and the case associated to your violation. We may also require a product testing to confirm the full ingredients list to ensure there are no undeclared ingredients.

Yes I have already provided the 6 sides images of the product. But still no success for reinstatement. And the reply was "There is no path for reinstatement". Here is the case ID: 15866616121
This what they say "Please note that the ASIN: B0CFHZDCJF cannot get reinstated.
I do see the communication that the listing is not eligible for reactivation, however I do see the submission of the requested images and updated the detail page as requested. At this time I can confirm that you situation was passed to the appropriate teams for further review. They will be able to review all submissions and if eligible reactivate the listing. If they still have concerns they should be able to advise on what next steps will be required or if the ASIN truly has no path for reactivation.
Once I have some additional information I can follow up here with you to keep you advised of the situation, otherwise I would continue to monitor your case log for any follow ups from this team.

I have received and update from our review team at this time. They have advised that this ASIN will only be eligible for reactivation with proof that the claims made on the product packaging and listing were approved by the FDA. At this time simply removing the phrasing or images that created the violation will not suffice to reactivate the listing. Thus these documents will be the only path forward to sell this product.
This is a final decision made by our review teams, at this time I am unable to offer any further guidance on this particular ASIN.
