Negative feedback by customer due to delivery guy cancelled the order
Dear Amazon Team,
I am writing to address some recent negative feedback I received.
To clarify: ATS(Easy Ship) delivery guy cancelled the order without calling the customer.

As per Customers feedback(The Delivery guy cancelled it and took back for the dispatche.Not even contacted me And Amazon had not share the details of the delivery guy with me.)
Why should we get negative rating where we have no fault.

There is menu to remove the feedback on Seller Feedback page. Select the removal and submit. If not approved, you can sent an appeal through Seller Support.
