We’re facing an issue with brand registered asin, which was mistakenly switched by Amazon from (case id 17669761901).

Here’s the situation:

Amazon merged two my brands, but after appeal split them again (case 17584221251). But the brand on the asin was changed. And Amazon declined all my requests for brand name changing.

The product packaging clearly states correct brand.

The UPC is GS1-certified under the brand LV Lavinso.

This ASIN has always been listed and sold under LV Lavinso, which can be confirmed by its sales history.

Now that the brand shows as Lavinso, it’s creating confusion for customers, undermining trust and compliance.

We've contacted Brand Support to request that this ASIN be reassigned to the correct brand "LV Lavinso", but no results.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to escalate this effectively, your input would be greatly appreciated.
