Why Amazon refunded an order that the buyer never ever requested a return
I notice Amazon refunded an order. But I didn't see the buyer of the order ever requested a return. Why can this happen? I filed a SAFE-T claim and was able to get the credit. But I still lose 20% of the referral fee. This sounds a mistake, and I have to take the loss. So frustrated!
