I cannot update my bank accountin seller central thus unable to get payments and seller customer service cannot help
I cannot update my bank account , no payment and seller customer service cannot help
Amazon recently disassociated my bank account from Seller Central. Seller Central says " Yourdeposit method is missing, invalid, or not assigned" I select "Add or update deposit method" I select "Assign" and then am shown a error message stating " Forbidden. You do not have the rights to perform this action. Go to Seller Central Home page".
I reached out to customer service and customer service confirmed that i have no issue on my account. I can list, ship, refund, and communicate; basically everything but cannot get paid at all… Meanwhile , I can see MX, CA account numbers are active but US one needs to be assigned. So frustrated …
