Did you buy your shipping through Amazon? If so, tell the customer to file an A-Z for INR (you might be able to find a template; there were plenty in the old forum). In these cases, Amazon will cover the refund, and it won't count against you.
If you didn't use Amazon Buy Shipping, you may have to eat it; if the customer files A-Z and wins, you'll be out the money and have the metrics hit as well.

Did you purchase shipping through Amazon Buy-Shipping, and the first tracking acceptance scan shows that you shipped on or before the ship-by-date?
