Help with an IP Complaint
I have need help with an IP complaint. I bought the product from an authorized distributor (I had used it before to ungated or other IP Complaint) but know is getting rejected stating that they cannot verify it. I called account help support and they said that the person that gave the IP complaint can’t verify the supplier but the person that gave me the complaint is not the owner of the trademark. Also, the lady said that I need to contact the supplier to verify if they are authorized and if they changed the format of the invoice? Why? Why can’t Amazon verify the invoice instead of the complainant? It is a food product. I have already sent in my invoice. My supplier is a GLOBAL supplier. Amazon says they cannot verify it. I need help please!

Get a letter from the Brand Owner authorizing that the distributor you are buying your inventory from is Authorized by them
