7% Buy Box - Two Sellers - Both FBA - Same Price
I can't figure this out. I am one of two sellers on this ASIN. We both do FBA and my account is excellent shape. Inventory is solid and our price is mapped the same but for some reason the other seller is getting the buy box 93% of the time.
My feedback ratings is sitting at 4.9 versus his at 4.5. I have no idea why the buy box ratio is so lopsided. Amazon seller support is a huge waste of time and truly not helpful. The last Amazon seller support rep kept stating that I'm not allowed to demand to win the buy box every time but I was just asking about why the percentage was so different. The associate just kept repeating that over and over again even though I never demanded anything. I just wanted to know what I could do to fix the discrepancy. Truly horrible seller support.
Any advice would be truly amazing.
