Valid Tracking Rate Warning

I received a VTR Warning for the first time this morning. After generating a report, all effected orders have a Shipstation message stating "This shipment has multiple active labels. Please review and cancel any that are no longer valid."

All orders do have tracking ID's through FedEx, and were delivered successfully. Some tracking even shows scans, updates, delivery, etc, even though the generated report states that they were never scanned.

The one constant is the error message above, even though there was only ever one label created for each

Has anyone ever experienced something like this before?
