starting amazon seller

HELLO

I am a new seller on Amazon and I have been trying everything to get my charge method to work. However everything I have entered is denied. i downgraded my account to an individual account so they wont have to charge anything I don’t understand why it keeps saying “Unable to charge”

Has anyone else had this problem? I would really appreciate some support as I’ve been struggling wit

Thank you for reaching out. Welcome to Forums and selling with Amazon. So what you will need to do is the following:

When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Your credit card will be billed the monthly fee (if applicable) or USD 1 (excl. VAT) for purposes of validating the card. For more information, go to Registration requirements by country.

If you have entered a valid or true credit card (not pre-paid or debit card ) for both buyer and seller side of your account and still run into errors, there may be an issue with your bank.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.
