(ii) plastic cutlery (for e.g. forks, spoons etc.) made from plastic/biodegradable plastic with no mention whether it's for single-use or re-usable in the detail page, OR
(iii) plastic cutlery (for e.g. forks, spoons etc.) made from plastic/biodegradable plastic that is presented as both re-usable and for single-use in the detail page.
I received this email, I have filed several appeals, but none of them have been approved. I don't know what to do anymore.
